Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused.
- It should include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or Hijabs.
Starting a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at team@imperatris.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Sale and Discounted Items:
We cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale. All sales of discounted items are final. Items bought with a discount code will be refunded as store credit.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item by following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
Return of Orders:
We will issue a refund only if the order is returned to our facility. If an order is not shipped back to us due to customs-related issues or any other reason, we cannot process a refund.
