How long does it take to receive a response to an inquiry?

Most inquiries are responded to within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). However, during peak seasons and sales, please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply. Don’t forget to check your spam folder and make sure you’ve provided your current email address. We cannot guarantee responses through social media.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Check your junk, spam or promotional folder. It is most likely there. Otherwise an incorrect email was provided and you will need to contact us

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the items in it. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order is processed. If the order is already processed with the original address, we recommend contacting the carrier directly through the tracking link provided.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements

What are your shipping destinations?

Currently, we ship exclusively to the UAE. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the UAE, please contact us directly at so we can handle your request on an individual basis

What are the shipping times?

Shipping within the UAE usually takes 2-5 business days. For faster delivery, you can opt for same-day or express service for an additional fee.

Can I return items?

How quickly can I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.
